Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within Australia.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email from sales@precisionartisan.com.au. This means we have received your order and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
We will then verify that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within three business days from the order date.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive this within four business days, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@precisionartisan.com.au.
Australian Orders Only
We are currently only shipping within Australia. All our products meet Australian electrical and safety standards where applicable.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage, please note it when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery.
If you accept delivery, immediately take clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or products. Send these photos to sales@precisionartisan.com.au on the same day of delivery.
We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if anything arrives damaged, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
