At Precision Artisan, we fully stand by the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or find that the product isn’t exactly what you were expecting.
That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
How to Return an Item
If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at sales@precisionartisan.com.au with your order number. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email and process your refund.
Condition Requirements for Returns:
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Items must not show any signs of wear.
- Items returned with visible wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Damages
If your product arrives damaged, please note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@precisionartisan.com.au on the same day of delivery.
- Precision Artisan will cover the cost of shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
- Keep all original packaging for returns.
- All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being processed.
We’ll make sure you get the correct product as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered by a warranty.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
- Cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after shipment will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
Additional Return Policy Notes:
- Some vendors or products may have a different return policy, which will be noted in the product description or product-specific return information.
- Certified pre-owned or used products are not eligible for return.
- Precision Artisan only sells products intended for long-term use. Orders purchased for one-time or temporary use are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Orders intended for trade shows or conferences.
- Orders purchased by promotional companies.
- Orders purchased by trade show facilitators.
